Complete gut-renovation of a dated bathroom adjacent to the pool area.

The exterior window was replaced with a new 9-lite entry door for quick in-and-out access from the backyard, which required reconfiguring the plumbing and relocating the toilet from its original back-corner position to a more centered alignment. New overhead ventilation was installed, along with fresh paint, a light gray color palette, large-format marble-look floor tile, a new shaker vanity with black fixtures, an arched mirror, and modern lighting throughout.
